The Co-founder of the popular ALS Ice Bucket Challenge Corey Griffin has died after drowning in a diving accident in Nantucket Island, US.
The 25 year old who is one of the pioneers of the charity campaign was confirmed died on Saturday, August 16, 2014 after diving off a Striaght Wharf building into the island.
According to reports, Corey Griffin managed to raise a huge $100,000 (N16M) in a fundraiser just hours before his death.
