The third edition of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) held on Sunday, November 6, 2016 at the Convention Center in Eko Hotels & Suites, Lagos.
The event was anchored by hosts, who were drawn from the three majorly spoken languages in Africa — English, French and Arabic — Ahmed Soultan (Morocco), Bonang Matheba (South Africa) and Ika Jong (Congo).

The ceremony saw Falz take home the ‘Revelation of the Year’ award while Aramide won ‘Best Female Artiste in West Africa’ and Wizkid was ‘Artiste of the Year’.
