Not quite long after showing his support for Ghana, international musician, Wyclef Jean has expressed his disappointment with Equatorial Guinea fans for rioting against Ghana and throwing bottles at them during their 3 – 0 defeat at the African Cup of Nations semifinal clash.
The Haitian music star took to Twitter on Thursday, February 5, 2015 to lash out at the home fans of Equatorial Guinea for their uncontrollable attitude during the game.
According to CAF, Equatorial Guinea has been fined $100,000 and ordered to meet the cost of treatment of the supporters of Ghana injured during the chaotic match.
