WAGs is a popular term in football circles, which means wives and girlfriends of football stars, who are known to move around with their husbands and boyfriends especially during tournaments.
The gist is that the wife of former Super Eagles captain, Adaeze Yobo has been named among the Most Beautiful African WAGs for 2014 although one if left wondering what criteria were used in arriving at the list.
The list, published by Richest Lifesytle on Sunday, November 9, 2014, wife of Ghana and AC Milan star, Sulley Muntari, Canada-born Ghanaian model, Menaye Donkor is in 1st position. Menaye, also an entrepreneur and philanthropist, won the Miss Universe Ghana pageant in 2004 who got married to the Black Stars midfielder on December 25, 2010.
In 2nd position is Najah Wakil, a Puero Rico/Somalia model who is dating Ivory Coast and former Chelsea player, Salomon Kalou at present while Wakil is followed by Olivia Song, a Cameroon damsel who got married to former Arsenal player, Alex Song in 2005, is next on the list.
The 4th on the list is former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria, Adaeze Yobo who won MBGN 2008 and is now married to former Super Eagles and Everton player, Joseph Yobo.
Adaeze is followed by Ivorian beauty, Georgette Eto’o who is the wife of Cameroon-born superstar and Champions League winner, Samuel Eto’o who currently plays for Everton.
Ivorian beauty, Chimene Akassou and wife of Ivory Coast and Liverpool player, Kolo Toure is 6th while the the last on the list is Malian beauty, Diakite Lalla, who is the wife of Ivorian and Chelsea star, Didier Drogba completes the list.
