Celebrated African pop singer 2face Idibia recently brought smiles to the faces of a bunch of less privileged children as he recorded a song with them.
The ‘African queen’ star in conjunction with Change-A-Life Partners, a charity body celebrated the latter’s ‘Change-A-Life Foundation’s 10th anniversary by giving the kids an opportunity to record a remix of Idibia’s ‘Thank You Lord’ off his debut album Face2Face.
It doesn’t stop there as the kids will also perform the remix alongside 2face on Sunday, January 1, 2011 at the Change-A-Life’s annual January 1st show. According to organizers, the show will be anchored Funmi Iyanda who is the organization’s founder.
Change-A-Life is a non-profit organization whose primary mission is to intervene in the lives of talented but disadvantaged individuals. Founded in 2002, CAL is the vision of TV personality and media entrepreneur, Funmi Iyanda.
