Kennis executives say Kennis easter Fiesta 2012 will kick off on Good Friday, April 6 at the GET ARENA in Lagos.
As has now become tradition, the red carpet segment of the concert will be broadcast live on the AIT network where Kennis founder Keke Ogungbe is a director. And in an unprecedented concert marathon, the second part of this year’s event will hold for 72 hours straight from April 7 to April 9, at Elegushi beach in Lagos.
Kennis Easter Fiesta is usually headlined by Kennis acts. Leading the team this year is the squad of Eedris Abdulkareem, KSB, F.E.MI, Essence, Jaywon, Minjin and Goldie. They are joined this year by a multitude of performers including Wizkid, Davido, W4, Brymo, Tiwa Savage, Chuddy K, Flavour, Samklef, Konga, Reminisce and Olamide. Others are YungSix, Banky W, Naeto C, MI, eLDee, Terry G, Sound Sultan, Ill Bliss, Durella, Baba Dee, Zeez and Sasha. With over a dozen DJs booked to thrill this year, the music label appears set to take it all to a whole new level.
The event will be hosted by Alibaba and Julius Agwu, with support from Tee A, Basketmouth and others.
