Eden Hazard named Chelsea’s Player of the Year for 2014/2015
After being named ‘Barclay's Player of the Year, Eden Hazard whose performance is widely acknowledged as one of the reasons his club won the 2014-15 Premiership title, has also won Chelsea’s Player of The Year for the season.
