NCC’s $3.2 billion fine forcing MTN to pull sponsorships and cut entertainment budget
The NCC ordered telecoms giant, MTN Nigeria to pay a fine of $1,000 per sim card, totally $5.2 billion but lowered it to $3.2 billion.
