Deadly crash lawsuit: Tracy Morgan, Walmart settle out of court
Tracy Morgan who filed a lawsuit against Walmart for injuries he suffered when one of the retailer's trucks collided with the limo bus he was travelling in last June in New Jersey, has agreed to a confidential financial agreement with the company.
