Jay Z sends cousin on talent-scouting mission to Nigeria
For Bee-High, this is his second trip to Nigeria following his presence at the 2014 edition of the Social Media week, this time he came in company of Roc Nation act Jay Electronica on a mission to scout for new talents for Jay'z Tidal.
