Amanda Bynes not likely to face DUI charge
The troubled actress was arrested in the early hours of September 28, 2014 but the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office have now opted not to press charges but ‘after much deliberation and review’, her case is being forwarded along to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office as a possible probation violation.
