Banky W graduated from the New York Film Academy in December 2014, after taking a course in filmmaking and he’s gone ahead to direct a couple of music videos, including Shaydee’s ‘High’, Niyola’s ‘Go On‘, his own latest song ‘High Notes’ and some commercials for corporate companies.
He has however not set his sights on making movies yet. Speaking at the 2015 Multichoice Content Showcase event in Mauritius earlier today, he said, ‘I’m not going into movie production yet, I took a course in filmmaking, but that’s not the focus now. I’ll venture into making movies but not just yet’.
