Rick Ross was reportedly on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 in Atlanta for being in possession of marijuana, according to WSB-TV.
The MMG rapper was pulled over in his Bentley because his windows appeared illegally tinted but once he rolled down the windows to speak with the officer, the policeman said suspected a smell of weed and then found marijuana in the car.
Later on Rick Ross was processed into Georgia’s Fayette County Jail and a bond amount will be set by the court and Ross will answer to the charges at a later date.
The rapper was arrested in June 2014 in North Carolina after failing to appear at a hearing for a previous marijuana charge and was taken into custody after performing at the SuperJam Music Festival in Greensboro and later released on a $1,000 bail.
