The lovebirds, who have been dating for approximately two years, are said to have separated, an E! News report claims.
A source told People magazine the pair had parted ways before the Academy Awards in January, which they attended together, but have remained friends.
It comes just weeks after a source revealed the 23-year-old model was keen on marrying the Hollywood hunk.
An insider shared: ‘Suki says she’s been warming him up to the idea of marriage and he’s starting to get excited about it.’
‘It’s up to Bradley to pop the question, of course, but she hopes it happens soon.’
Meanwhile, the Hollywood star previously revealed he couldn’t wait to settle down and start a family.
He said: ‘I would love to be a father one day. I’m sorry my father won’t be around to see his grandchildren, but he knows fatherhood was something I was looking forward to. That’s my next big step in life.’
