The 4th edition of the annual Yes International! Magazine Lecture/Cocktail Party is billed to hold on Friday, June 19, 2015.
The high profile lecture series made its debut 3 years ago and as guest speaker for this year’s edition is Lolu Akinwunmi, Group CEO of Prima Garnet, one of the leading advertising agencies in Africa.
Biodun Shobanjo, the czar of advertising and chairman of Troyka Holdings will be the Chairman of the event this year while Taiwo Adeoluwa, Secretary to the Ogun State Government, is the Guest of Honour.
Themed ‘Running a Successful Business In Nigeria – My Experience, the event will be anchored by Gbenga Adeyinka The 1st and will hold at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Now looked forward to by many, past editions of the annual lecture series have attracted notable individuals like Udeme Ufot, MD/CEO, SO&U Advertising; Leo Stan Ekeh, Chairman, Zinox Computers; Prof. Pat Utomi, founder, Centre for Values and Leadership; Steve Omojafor, Chairman, STB McCann; Dorothy Ufot, Senior Advocate of Nigeria; Muiz Banire, former Commissioner for Environment, Lagos State; Taiwo Adeoluwa, Secretary to the Ogun State Government; Dr. Larry Izamoje, Chairman, Brila FM and Femi Adesina, MD, The Sun Newspapers and President, Nigerian Guild of Editors.
Others including Anselm Madubuko, General Overseer of Revival Assembly Church; Helen Ukpabio, founder, Liberty Gospel Church; Bisi Olatilo, Chairman, Biscon Communications; Oba Dokun Abolarin, Orangun of Oke Ila and Yomi Badejo-Okusanya have been a a part of the lecture as either guest speakers, chairmen, guests of Honour and Chief Hosts in the past.
According to Azuh Arinze, the Publisher/Editor-in-Chief of the respected celebrity journal, ‘Other than the topic which has not changed, a whole lot of things will change about this year’s event. However, I won’t unfold them until June 19. Although, you can be rest assured that the date, as usual, will remain memorable for those that will be attending. Besides the inspiring and insightful lecture, music, comedy and cocktail will also flow – and very well too.’
