Daily Mail has revealed the top 10 summer signings who were less productive in 2014 in the English Premier League and first on the list is Italy striker, Mario Balotelli who made a switch from AC Milan to Liverpool for £16m.
He is followed by Eliaquim Mangala who made a switch to Manchester City for a record fee of £35m from Porto, Nigeria Super Eagles striker, Brown Ideye who moved from Dynamo Kiev to West Brom for a record fee of £10m is third while Facundo Ferreyra, who arrived on loan at Newcastle United from Shakhtar Donetsk and Rio Ferdinand who left Manchester United for a free transfer to Queen Park Rangers, are 4th and 5th respectively.
For the last 5 on the list, Hatem Ben Arfa, who was loaned to Hull City from Newcastle, Michel Vorm signed to Tottenham Hotspur from Swansea in a £3.5m deal, Emmanuel Riviere who left Monaco for Newcastle in a £6m deal, Georgios Samaras signed to West Brom from Celtic on a free transfer and Mauro Zarate who left Velez for an undisclosed fee to West Ham United round up the list.
