Super Eagles players Joseph Yobo and Emmanuel Emenike will not participating in this year’s UEFA Cup as their club side Fenerbahce Sporting Club has been banned from this season’s competition.
Fenerbahce was slammed with a two-year ban by the Court of Arbitration for Sport over a match-fixing scandal on Wednesday, August 28, 2013.
Yobo has been at the Turkish club since 2012 while Emenike just joined the team in the summer transfers.
