Kenyan R&B and reggae musician, Kevin Wyre, has landed a job with Nairobi County Government. Only recently, he was nominated alongside Jay Z, Dbanj, Davido, Kanye West, Chris Brown, 2face and others for 2014 World Music Awards for World’s Best Male Artist.
Report has it that the reggae master was appointed to the Nairobi County Youth Oversight Board, alongside Jalang’o and other celebs. The board is in charge of youth affairs within the County.
The excited reggae master broke the good news on the social media.
‘Haloo #TeamWYRE I have been appointed to the Nairobi County Youth Oversight Board…..this means that the youth Agenda Nairobi county is now my priority….as a youth living in Nairobi,what would you want the county Government to do for you that will make you a happy Nairobi county youth?’ he said
