Wives and girlfriends of Uruguay football players have shown their support for Luis Suarez after the striker’s four month ban for biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini.
The wives of Diego Lugano, Fernando Muslera, Diego Forlan, Diego Godin, and Walter Gargano showed off their banner giving their backing to the controversial striker.
Deigo Lugano’s wife posted the photo via her Twitter account with the caption: ‘Uruguay Top! From everyone or no-one. We’re all with you’
The Liverpool forward, who was found guilty of assaulting Chiellini on Tuesday, June 24, 2014,was fined £65, 000 (N18M) with a four-month ban from all football competitions.
