Speaking about sex and relationships in a chat with Vanguard recently, Bukola stated that she is not a sexually active person as she believes she doesn’t have anything that would make a man come back for more after having sex with her once.
Bukola said: ‘Pre-marital sex has its positive side. There is acceptance from your peers, pleasure and the fulfilment of sexual desire. The negative side is that it is against our norms and values, and could bring about unwanted pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, STDs and guilt.
Going a little further, she said: ‘I am a very busy type that I seldom have time for things like that. Besides I am not married but I do have sex once in a while. I am not sexually active and not a sex tool, so I do not have what will make a man come back for sex.’
An indigene of Oyo State, Nigeria, Bukola’s journey as an actress began in 2008 after joining Odunlade Adekola’s production outfit, Odunlade Adekola Films Production (O.A.F.P).
She has gone on to star in several films including Sunday Dagboru, Ijiya Ife, Pemisire, Kamadupe, Ayelujara, Oba Adesope, Ire Nimoyan, Oruko ife, Asake Oni Buredi, Monday Omo Adugbo, Tijo tire, Ilu Aluj, Soko Fun, and Ajinigbe.
