Wayne Rooney has said that he will not indulge in the boxing knock-out celebration anymore after his wife, Coleen Rooney caught his son, Kia recreating the celebration in his classroom.
The England captain who had celebrated scoring for Manchester United against Tottenham on Sunday, March 15, 2015 in the manner to laugh off the claims he was floored by Stoke defender, Phil Bardsley during a playful bout at his home.
Speaking with Daily Mail, ahead of the Euro 2016 qualifier game between England and Lithuania, Rooney said: ‘My wife went to pick him up from school and saw him doing that in the classroom, I’m sure you won’t be seeing that celebration again.’
So there you have it, the little boy has dissuaded his father from going on with the celebration, something the almighty British media could not pull off.
