Taking a cue from Rihanna! Kim Kardashian shone bright like a diamond – or, at least, her left hand did at Sunday’s MTV VMAs. And that’s because she sported her brand new 20-carat diamond ring from her husband, Kanye West.
In place of her wedding ring, the Reality TV star rocked the giant rock on her left ring finger. While, understandably, it was hard to focus on anything else, she also modeled a skintight LBD, lace-up heels and a pair of gold necklaces.

But back to the bling: A source told Us Weekly that the ring, also a Lorraine Schwartz creation, boasts an emerald-cut center stone that’s categorized as D flawless, Type IIa – the most valued and purest type of diamond. (Fun fact: Less than 2 percent of the world’s diamonds are in that range.) The whopper is set in an incredibly thin band studded with teeny pave diamonds. And the price tag? According to the source, an estimated $10m which is equivalent to N3b.
