What do you do when one of your best friends gets a girlfriend and y’all spend less time together?
Yesterday was Valentine – a day that has been put aside for people to spend time with their loved ones. But that doesn’t seem to be the case of a certain Adam Milner whose friends held a ‘funeral’ on his behalf – all because he got himself a girlfriend and was tied down by the relationship.

Friends of Adam made a memorial photo of him and ‘He was sadly taken away recently… by a new relationship.’
‘We all live on a floor together and spend a lot of time going out to nights out and all sorts’
Adam’s friend, 19-year-old Ben Hull told BuzzFeed. ‘Then suddenly he got a girlfriend, and we saw him less and less.’

So to show that Adam ‘was dead and taken into a relationship,’ 10 of his friends held a funeral for him.
They set up a table with a picture of him, along with some of his favourite things such as video games and a packet of cigarettes.
They played sad music and said nice things about him.

Hull then gave a speech dedicated to their ‘fallen friend’ and invited others to speak.
After that, the boys sang ‘Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You’ together and agreed they had to ‘move on’ as a floor by having drinks on Friday in Milner’s honour.
While the funeral was going on, Adam the deceased friend was said to be in the room
‘We didn’t think it was right for him to attend his own funeral,’ Hull said.
Adam later joined them for a photo and said he’ll look over all of them.
Hull added that Adam’s girlfriend also knew about the funeral and found it funny.
