It’s imperative to note that like Davido, Wizkid hasn’t dropped any major song in 2016. He hasn’t even publicised his new SONY deal.

So, what happens if a new song drops with the Starboy and Drake?
For the record, It’ll be the third time he’ll be on a song with the Grammy award winner. Their first song dropped on July 12, 2015, when Nigerians woke up to the news of ‘Ojuelegba’ remix by Wizkid featuring Drake and UK rapper, Skepta.
10 months after, in April 2016, Wizkid landed another collabo with Drake and Kayla on ‘One Dance’, a song that could potentially win Wizkid his first Grammy award.

With a SONY deal already in the bag, the new song may very well make Wizkid among the few Nigerian acts to successfully go global.
