Hours after NET published an exclusive expose on Clarence Peters stealing concepts and footage to shoot a number of music videos including Ice Prince‘s ‘VIP‘ and Tiwa Savage‘s ‘Eminado‘, Tiwa Savage’s team has responded to the alleged copyright infringement, telling NET they were surprised when they found out!
Speaking with Tiwa Savage’s manager, Tunji ‘Tee-Billz‘ Balogun, he said, ‘We were just as surprised as everyone else. We never knew the concept was adopted from another video. It’s quite embarrassing for him.‘
South African rapper Tumi Molekane had accused Clarence Peters of stealing the concept of his music video ‘Asinamali’ to shoot the ‘Eminado‘ music video. We reached out to Tumi’s record label Motif Records but had not received a response as at the time of filing this report.
Tunji says he totally understands why the South African is mad at the situation. ‘I mean, he released his own video three years ago and has only 80,000 views but Tiwa, under three months, has over a million.’

No idea is original…
Yes i noticed he hi jack videos now, what happened to our creative mind when the song is going on, that is why he needed to employed someone so he would have division of labor and not to be the one thinking of concept, location and what the video would look like, common let the money spread around and gives you uniqueness meeehn.
