The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has stated it does not have the authority to extradite former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke.
According to the anti-graft agency, Diezani’s extradition is in the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice.
