How to Get Away with Murder actress, Viola Davis, will be the first recipient of the gold star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for 2017.
She will be honoured on January 5, 2017.
The multiple award-winning actress and producer is currently in the spotlight for the new movie Fences, which she stars in alongside Denzel Washington, who co-produced the movie.
Private screenings of the movie have begun already and cinema release is on Christmas Day, December 25, 2016.
