HKN boss, Davido and comedian, Buchi were billed to headline the AGA awards in Malaysia on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at D’Club Ball Room in Damansara, a region in Malaysia.
The duo left the shores of Nigeria on Thursday April 23, heading to Malaysia but didn’t achieve their aim of reaching their destination. According to the organisers of the awards, ‘Due to unforeseen circumstances, Davido was returned from Abu Dhabi back to Lagos, and the event has been postponed to May 22nd and 23rd 2015.’
Davido also confirmed the development in a short Instagarm video through which he apologised to his fans in Malaysia, blaming ‘airline and protocol’ issues for his absence.
