With the Super Eagles of Nigeria recording their first ever win against Sudan in 2015 AFCON qualifier, the pitch was invaded by excited fans who made ensured both teams ran off into the dressing room immediately after the final whistle.
The match played on Wednesday, October 15, 2014, in Abuja, had the both team exchanging pleasantries after the final whistle but it soon came to a situation where they were forced to run off into the dressing room after fans invaded the pitch.
In the video, the Nigerian Policemen on horses and officials of the Nigerian Civil Defence Corps were seen at the rescue of the players.
