The broadcaster posted a picture on social media today, March 5, 2015 which showed the entertainers actively leading protests against the Goodluck administration over the abduction of over 200 girls in Chibok, Borno State by Boko Haram in 2014 on one side. It also showed the same entertainers now in full support of the same administration and even publicly campaigning for the incumbent President on the other.
Femi posted a collage of the pictures and added the caption: ‘This is what happens when you put goats in a barn filled with yams.’
Femi Sowoolu, a seasoned broadcaster with over three decades of experience in the field, started as a staff of Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation in 1977 and moved to Lagos to joined Grant Advertising in 1990.
He was one of the pioneer staff of Rhythm 93.7 FM and has also worked at Radio Continental, Smooth 98.1 FM, and more recently, City 105.1 FM where he was brought in as a consultant in 2012.
