Tyra Banks has put her two-bedroom apartment on the market with a $3.8m price tag.
The ‘America’s Next Top Model’ host will be hoping to make a $1.7 million profit on her abode in Nolita, New York having purchased it for $2.1 million in 2005.
But the popular TV host she will be sad to see her home go after falling in love with the area.
A spokesman for the star told the New York Daily News: ‘Tyra believes Nolita is one of the most fun, immersive, electric, trendy areas and loved living amongst the best new restaurants and shops.
‘She relished going down her elevator being mere steps away from her fave breakfast haunts.’
The 41-year old TV presenter – who is set to present new chat show, ‘The Fab’ in the autumn – is said to be selling up because she hasn’t been spending as much time as she would like in the abode due to her work commitments.
