Award winning producer-director, Tunde Kelani has announced plans to begin shooting a new movie in a few weeks.
The new project is an adaptation of the book Dazzling Mirage, written by Olayinka Abimbola Egbokhare, about a person living with sickle cell.
‘I’m intrigued by the writer’s approach to weave a love story with it and that to me, it is an attraction. I have also had personal relationship with sufferers of this ailment and I consider it my responsibility to bring their story to [the] fore’, Kelani said.
The story narrates the travails of a sickle cell patient who has to face several challenges because of her genotype.

dazzling mirage is really a beautiful story! Read it when i was in school (Ges 101).would love to see it as a movie. Thumps up T kelani….
