Tom Cruise has put his Colorado home on the market for the impressive price tag of $59 million because he no longer uses it as much as he’d like to.
The 52-year old actor has put the luxurious property, which he bought in the ’90s during his marriage to Nicole Kidman, on the market for the impressive price tag because he no longer uses it.
The estate agent, Bill Fandel, told the Wall Street Journal that he wants to sell the house because he ‘doesn’t use it very often.’ The 298-acre property is complete with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and boasts stunning woodwork throughout, as well as a log fires to heat up the home during those winter months.
However, that’s not all as the luxury estate comes with a spacious library, a fully-equipped gym, a multi-sports court and an extra large room for entertaining guests.
There’s also a stunning 1,600-square-foot guesthouse attached to the property, which will be perfect for a large family as it is complete with three big bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The Telluride mansion, which is just a 12-minute drive from downtown and the local ski resort, is nestled in a secluded spot for those who require the utmost privacy but gives off some of the most spectacular views of the mountains.
Tom currently resides in Los Angeles to be closer to his eight-year old daughter, Suri, whom he has with ex-wife, Katie Holmes. He also has grown-up children – 22-Year old Isabella and 20-year old Connor with Nicole, whom he divorced in 2001 after 11 years of marriage.
