The Royal baby has been named George Alexander Louis, and will be known as ‘His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge’.
‘The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son George Alexander Louis. The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge’, a statement released on Wednesday from Kensington Palace reads.
When George Alexander Louis eventually takes the throne, he can choose to become King George VII, in references to his father, grandfather, and his great-great-grandfather.
Prince William and Kate Middleton welcomed their first child on Monday, July 22, 2013.
