African pop star, Davido last thursday had an informal session with top journalists and bloggers as he was hosted by BlackHouse Media, Nigerian Entertainment Today and ID Africa in celebration of his recent Sony deal.

The winners were unveiled on Thursday, January 15, 2014 ‎and Davido, who led with 9 nominations (including collaborative features), continued his winning streak by coming out on top with 4 including the coveted Artiste of the Year.

Leading the pack of nominations, as has been the case at most of the awards this year is Davido with 9 nods. He is closely followed by Olamide with 8 nominations while Tiwa Savage and Phyno have 5 nominations each.
