Breaking: One month after shutdown, NAFDAC re-opens Chocolat Royal
Following the shut down of the popular Chocolat Royale Cafe located on Etim Inyang Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos by operatives of NAFDAC (National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control), the outfit is back in business.
