3 weeks after, FIFA President, Sepp Blatter says 'he did not resign'
A new statement credited to Sepp Blatter, President of FIFA today has thrown the football world into confusion. Blatter was quoted in a Swiss newspaper, Blick, saying he has not resigned as President of the world football body.
