NET EXTRA: Lekki residents mark 3rd anniversary of toll collection in Lekki
Today, December 17, 2014 marks the 3rd year since Lagosians, particularly those resident in the Lekki/Ajah axis, began paying toll at the Admiralty Circle Toll Plaza on the ever-busy Eti-Osa -Lekki Expressway.
