The brother of actress Carrie Fisher, who died earlier this week, has confirmed that his sister would be buried during the same ceremony as her mother who died a day later.
Todd Fisher said that Carrie and Debbie Reynolds will have a joint funeral at the family’s request.

There is no confirmed date or location for the funeral although Carrie’s daughter Billie Lourd will be handling her mother’s memorial service.
Carrie Fisher died aged 60 after suffering a cardiac arrest while travelling from London to Los Angeles.
Her mother meanwhile died a day later after suffering a stroke during a family meeting to plan Carrie’s funeral.
According to Todd, ‘Carrie loves a good party, so, you know, I’m sure she’ll want to throw a party for her.’
