South Africa Big Brother’s couple, Mandla Hlatshwayo and Lexi van Niekerk have disclosed their readiness to launch their reality show, ‘Lexi and Mandla Drama’ soon.
The pair, who featured in the reality television series, also referred to as Big Brother Mzansi, in 2014, became an item after their steamy romance in the first edition of the show, which bonded them in a relationship.
Speaking with Sowetan, Mandla, who won the prize money of R1 million cash prize and his girlfriend, Lexi, who was also among the finalists, explained their reason for putting the show together.
‘We created this show for fans to know what happened after Lexi and I left the house. We also give an up close view into what it takes to make a relationship work when two people are so different.
‘Our show is original and will take us beyond being seen as ‘Mandla and Lexi – the Big Brother couple.
According to the two, the reality show will showcase their relationship beyond imagination.
‘This show will showcase our relationship as we go through different avenues and follows challenging ventures and paths,’ they added about the reality show billed to launch on Tuesday, March 3, 2015.
