The recently concluded Golden Globe awards saw some very interesting moments, from Meryl Streep‘s powerful attack on Donald Trump to the kiss shared by male actors, Ryan Reynolds and Andrew Garfield.
There was also the Damien Chazelle-directed movie, La La Land, which featured Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling and had the best night among all nominated works as it received a whooping seven wins, including Best Original Screenplay.
But things got really awkward when Damien got up to go pick up the award and Emma, who had been reaching out to hug him, got snubbed, as he was already stretching out his arms to girlfriend, Olivia Hamilton instead.
It turned out to be the ‘awkwardest’ hug ever, which had a red-faced Emma sitting back down awkwardly, after mouthing what seemed like ‘that was weird’.
