Some of Ghana’s biggest artistes will be storming the #AllStarsConcert at the Accra Sports Stadium to raise funds in support of victims of last week’s flood and fire disasters that caused havoc in Accra.
The concert, powered by Starr 103.5FM, will witness performances from Sarkodie, Kwabena Kwabena, Becca, Stonebwoy, Bisa K’dei, Joey B and a host of others.
Becca, who reportedly brought up the idea said: ‘Proceeds from the concert would go directly to the victims’.
Speaking to StarrFMonline, the singer said it’s important every single musician comes out on the night to give back to society, using the ‘most powerful medium which is music’.
‘Those I have mentioned have already agreed to get on board, but I am calling on a lot more. The gospel musicians, our seniors in the industry, everyone will be on board,’ she added.
Becca, who is said to have been to the scene of the Circle fuel station explosion, said the damage is mind boggling. Rapper, Edem also said it is important for celebrities to use their fame to empower the vulnerable.
