Sam Smith’s James Bond theme ‘Writings On The Wall’ from the upcoming film ‘Spectre’, has made UK chart history, as it emerges first to ever top the chart.
The track has already reached combined chart sales and streams of 70,000 copies.
The previous highest-charting Bond themes were Adele‘s ‘Skyfall’ in 2012 and Duran Duran‘s ‘View To A Kill’ in 1985, which both peaked at number two.
The full music video for the track will be unveiled by Sam on Monday, October 5, 2015 in honour of Global James Bond Day.
