Veteran actors Norbert Young, Liz Benson, Kasimu Yero and Adebayo Salami will be honoured by the Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi later this year.
The honour, which shall come in the form of a special recognition award, will be presented at the 2014 Best of Nollywood Awards billed to hold on Saturday, October 4, 2014 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
According to the organisers, the choice of the actors is based on their contributions towards the growth of the country’s movie industry, Nollywood.
The award is now in its sixth edition.
