If you study him carefully, you’ll notice Rob Kardashian’s recent days as a single dad are even more complicated than they look on Instagram and Snapchat.
According to a new People report, while Rob has been able to spend time with his daughter, Dream, he is ‘never alone’ with her.
One source says that Rob is ‘not in a state to care for her by himself’ and remains ‘very unhealthy — both physically and emotionally.’
Rob was most recently hospitalised for diabetes-related symptoms in December, exactly one year after his first hospitalisation in December 2015, when he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

The report comes weeks after news broke that Rob and Blac Chyna had ended their relationship and engagement for good, despite their history of being on-and-off since they began dating in January 2016.
Meanwhile, Rob took to Instagram on Monday to share several photos of baby Dream, who turns four months old on March 10.

Rob also shared a video of Kourtney’s youngest son, Reign playing with Dream.
