QuestionMark Entertainment has denied reaching a N5m settlement with KCEE’s Five Star Music over Harry Song.
Speaking to NET in a telephone conversation, a rep with QMark who pled anonymity said that there has not yet been a settlement.
‘That news is totally false. Question Mark or Kelvin (Luciano) has not reached any agreement with Five Star Music yet. Although negotiations are on, but no compromise has been reached yet. If and when that happens, we ill inform the press and the public,’ the rep said.
Question Mark Entertainment recently filed a N20million suit against singer Harry Song for allegedly breaching his 5-year contract with them and also against Five Star Music for entering into a new contract with the singer despite knowing that he was yet to served out his contract with his former label.
