Houston as a child first showcased her singing talents in the Baptist Church and it was there she rendered her first solo performance ‘Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah’ (watch video below).
Her body arrived Teterboro airport, New Jersey in a private plane owned by actor-producer Tyler Perry, Monday, 13, 2012. A number of fans gathered outside the airport as her body was later conveyed in a gold hearse to the Whigham funeral home in Newark shortly before midnight.
Houston, 48, died in a Beverly Hills hotel room Saturday, February 11, 2012 on the eve of the Grammy Awards. A Coroner says she complications from Drugs usage. A toxic analysis will be released in a few weeks.

In related news, Ghanian star Majid Michael paid a visit to the Houston’s tribute ground in front of Beverly Hilton hotel where she passed away.
