According to TMZ, the actress claims the actor, John Stagliano (aka Buttman) joined her for a porn flick in 2009 without revealing his HIV status.
She claims that Stagliano had known about his condition since 1997, but she only found out in 2012, that’s 3 years after they shot the movie.
Summers does not state in her suit if she is HIV positive, but she is suing for negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and sexual battery.
She’s also suing John’s production company, Evil Angel Productions, which produced the flick and wants a judge to hit the company with an injunction forbidding it from continuing to produce movies with Stagliano in it.
