Ricky Harris died on December 26, 2016 aged 54.
The popular US comedian and actor starred alongside Janet Jackson and Tupac Shakur in 1993 romantic drama, Poetic Justice, which was written and directed by John Singleton.
The deceased also featured in 2001 horror movie Bones which starred Snoop Dogg.
Snoop is among a number of celebs who have paid their tributes to him, including Ice Cube, Warren G and more.

Harris died of a heart attack on Boxing Day according to his manager Cindy Ambers to The Hollywood Reporter.
