Veteran actor and TV presenter, Yemi Sodimu is taking the fight against piracy to a whole new level. The popular actor is leading a campaign towards seizing pirated Nollywood films sold in traffic in Lagos, starting with Kunle Afolayan’s October 1 and Ayo Makun’s 30 Days in Atlanta.
For two consecutive days, the actor has forcefully retrieved pirated movies from those selling them in traffic and has shared the photos on Facebook while encouraging everyone serious about the anti-piracy campaign to do the same. This is his reaction to what has been described as the ‘mindless and wicked piracy’ of Kunle Afolayan’s award winning film.
